- Donation amount for Hire-a-Volunteer program increases to $150 for all payments postmarked April 1st or later
- All team members must be registered with T-Shirt sizes by April 1st in order to guarantee their T-Shirt size. Participants registered after April 1st will receive the closest size available if we run out of that size.

- Last day for Regular Registration fee
- Deadline to provide final team information including team name, final team roster, average team 10K times and division assignments. (This info is used to set accurate start times. Please try to have at least 4 teammates registered by this date. If your roster is incomplete, start times will be generated based on available information.)
- Registration deadline to have your team name printed on your bibs. Teams that register after this date will receive a generic bib for each team member.
- Donation amount increases to $200 per volunteer after May 1st, 2016.

- Final Hire a Volunteer (HAV) fee increases to $300 per volunteer (if volunteers are available)
